• All sales are final

• Grip socks are required for reformer classes for safety and hygiene purposes

• Please arrive to the studio 5-10 minutes before class. If a class is still in session when you arrive please wait until class is finished to enter the studio.

• Late arrivals (more than 3 minutes past class start time) will not be allowed in. You will lose your class credit and be charged the $5 late cancel fee

• Class packs expire 60 days from first usage unless otherwise noted

• There is a 12 hour cancellation window for all group classes. Cancellations can be made through arketa. Cancellation Guidelines:

• • Cancel more than 12 hours before class: no penalty, eligible credits will be returned to account.

  • Cancel less than 12 hours before class: Lose class credit and charged $5 late fee

• Any notice you can provide is greatly appreciated and late cancellation fees apply to all bookings.

• In the case of a no show, you will lose your session and be charged a $10 fee

• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all privates

• The waitlist will close an hour prior to class time. If you are on the waitlist and added to class please be ready to show up for the scheduled time, otherwise remove yourself from the waitlist

• Please always inform the studio and instructor of any injuries and/or pregnancy before class

• Please take a private session or an intro class before moving into a level 1 class and so on

• a credit card must be kept on file for late/no show fees
