reformer fusion:

This is our signature class! Build strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental clarity in this dynamic pilates reformer class that is influenced and inspired by somatics, yoga, functional movement, breathwork and more. Find energy and freedom through mindful exploration of breath, body, and mind. Class will begin with intentional centering, flow into an empowering full body movement experience and finish with restoration and relaxation. Play your edge, reawaken, revive and reform!

This class is best suited for people who have taken at least 3-5 reformer classes and feel comfortable moving through class at a swift pace.

reformer intro:

First time on a reformer? This is the class for you. You will learn and get familiar with how to use the reformer and practice a basic flow that includes foundational pilates principles and exercises. You will build core strength, increase mobility, improve your balance, posture, body awareness, mood…and so much more! Feel free to take this class as many times as you like!

This class is for first timers and beginners.

reformer 1:

Learn and practice the foundations and principles of reformer pilates. Great for beginners and anyone who wants to focus on the fundamental aspects of reformer. You will build core strength, increase mobility, improve your balance, posture, body awareness, mood…and so much more!

This class is all levels and great for beginners.

reformer restore:

Restore, reset, and rest in this restorative reformer class. This class will focus on moving and breathing slowly and deeply to open and realign the body, mind and heart.

This class is for all levels and is great for beginners.

reformer fusion + restore:

This class is a blend of reformer fusion and reformer restore. Enjoy the best of both worlds! In the first part of class we will focus on building strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental clarity. Enjoy dynamic pilates reformer that is influenced and inspired by somatics, yoga, functional movement, breathwork and more. The last part of class will shift into restoration, deep stretch and rest.

You should have some reformer experience to join this class.

reformer 2/3:

Take your reformer practice to the next level with more dynamic movements, a faster pace and more challenging sequencing. You will build core strength, increase mobility, improve your balance, posture, body awareness, mood…and so much more! This class is physically and mentally demanding.

This class is intermediate/advanced and requires reformer experience and confidence.
