Studio Policies

All sales are final

Grip socks are required for reformer classes for safety and hygiene purposes

Please arrive to the studio 5-10 minutes before class. 

Late arrivals (past class start time) will not be allowed in and you will lose your class credit and be charged the $10 no-show fee

Class packs expire 90 days from purchase unless otherwise noted

There is a 12 hour cancellation window for all group classes

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all privates

In the case of a no show, you will lose your session and be charged a $10 fee

The waitlist will close an hour prior to class time

If you are on the waitlist and added to class please be ready to show up for the scheduled time, otherwise remove yourself from the waitlist

Please always inform the instructor of any injuries before class

Please take a private session or an intro class before moving into a level 1 class and so on.
