The perfect marriage.  One Part Vinyasa: Dynamic, strong, flowing sequences of poses linked with breathe to increase strength, flexibility, and a steady mind.  Challenging and liberating.  Finished off with Restore:  Slow, sweet, and relaxing poses held for longer periods of time to allow you to unwind and melt your body and your mind.  All levels.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a class that provides a connecting flow of poses that range from gentle to challenging while focusing on the mind body connection to the power of the breath. This class will inspire you to transform the way you think, feel and move. It will challenge you to break unconscious movement patterns and find the curiosity of discovery to move in new and beneficial ways.  All levels.

Relax + Refresh

This 1 hour class is designed to calm the mind, release stress and recharge! Slow dynamic movements and static yoga poses will target tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders as well as lower back and hips.  Experience Pranayama and Meditation to improve mental focus and increase energy. All levels welcome.

Yin + Restore

Two powerfully deep practices that have two different intentions. Yin yoga is often described as the "other half" of yoga. In yin, you will hold lengthening poses for 2-5 minutes at a time in a very passive way to repair and maintain the health of the fascia and joints. Yin also works with the meridian system (energy channels in Chinese medicine) to provide an overall feeling of wellness for any seasonal needs. We will end in comfy and completely supported restorative poses to calm the nervous system and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. All levels.

Morning Practice

An evolving journey through mindful movement and stillness that is aimed to guide students towards freedom in the body, mind, and spirit. Begin your day with inspiration.  This class is crafted with a delicious blend of intention setting, dynamic vinyasa, soul alchemy, and cultivation of a fearless heart.  All levels welcome.

Candlelit Slow Flow + Yin

Set your week up beautifully with a sweet, slow flow designed to reconnect your breath, mind and body. Make space in your evening to invite space into your joints and your brain as you settle to the floor for yummy Yin.  Rest in deep Meditative Savasana. All Levels.
